Can you match a design I've seen?
Usually, yes. Show us a photo of a look you like and we'll advise on how to achieve it in your space, and what it would involve.
Can you use tiles or fittings I've chosen myself?
Absolutely — most people pick their own. You choose the tiles, sanitary ware and taps, and we fit them properly. We're happy to advise if you'd like a steer.
Can I request a bathroom similar to one shown here?
Of course. These are a good starting point — tell us which you like and we'll talk through adapting it to your room and budget. See our bathroom renovations.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size and type of job — a bathroom is usually a matter of days, while bigger projects run longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote.
Do you complete all the work yourselves?
Yes — Pavlo carries out the work himself, so the standard is consistent from start to finish. You're not handed off to a rotating crew.
Can you coordinate other trades on a bigger job?
Yes — on renovations and new builds we coordinate with builders, electricians and other trades so everything ties together neatly.
Can I see boiler installations, not just bathrooms?
Yes — use the filters above to view boiler and heating work as well as bathrooms and tiling. There's a spread of job types here.
Do you photograph every project?
We photograph work where we can, and add it here and to Instagram over time. If you'd like examples of a specific type of job, just ask.
Can I request references?
Yes — get in touch and we're happy to discuss references and previous work relevant to your project.
Do you handle the whole bathroom, including tiling?
Yes — that's a real advantage of using us. The plumbing, waterproofing and tiling are all done by one team, so nothing falls between trades.
What areas do most of these projects cover?

Can you replace old pipework during a renovation?
Yes — a refit is the ideal time to replace tired pipework while the walls are open, so it's sorted for years. It's part of how we approach a full bathroom.
Do you do wet rooms as well as standard bathrooms?
Yes — wet rooms are a speciality. The whole area is tanked and the falls set so water runs to the drain, for a proper watertight finish.
Can you work with a small or awkward space?
Yes — plenty of our work is compact en-suites and tight bathrooms, where careful set-out and neat cuts make the most of the room.
Do you install underfloor heating under tiled floors?
Yes — tile is an ideal finish over underfloor heating. We allow for the heat with the right adhesive and movement joints. See new build plumbing.
What if I only want a small part of what's shown?
That's grand — no job's too small. A single feature wall, a new tap or a splashback is just as welcome as a full renovation.
Will my finished project look like the photos?
The standard of workmanship will — straight lines, clean finishes, proper waterproofing. The look itself depends on the tiles and fittings you choose, and we'll help you get it right.
Do you provide a written quote for a project like these?

Can you handle heating upgrades as part of a renovation?
Yes — radiators, controls, cylinders and boiler work can all be rolled into a renovation, since we cover heating too.
